1. How the figures are modelled and painted

The figures are modelled according to your wishes and information. Each figure is individually made, which and is an elaborately handmade and painted piece.

2. What do you need from me?

We need images of the idea from which the figure is to be modelled. The pictures should be sharp and in high enough resolution so that details are also evident. The better the image quality, the better we can work. We also need, if necessary, details of the clothing, costume or uniform which the figure should be wearing and, if a setting is to modelled, the environment in which the figure is to be set. Through personal contact we can discuss your specific needs and concerns directly.

3. How big are the figures?

The figures are offered in sizes of 54 mm to 200 mm.

4. Is it possible to see the figure before it is delivered?

Via mail, you get images of the modelled but not painted figure. Small changes are sometimes possible at this stage. Second, you get photos of the finished painted figure. Changes to the finished object are no longer possible.

5. How expensive are the figures for a bust

6. How long does it take to complete a figure?

The time taken for the completion of a piece will vary with complexity, depending on
the size and complexity, but at least eight weeks.

7. How do I pay?

New customers should, once the concept is agreed, pay 50% deposit before the start of the figure. Bank transfer or cheque will send the final payment after completion of figure. Regular customers pay after completion of figure.

8. How do you deliver?

The figures are of high quality and sometimes with fragile details. Therefore it is important to us that they arrive safely with you. Busts can be sent by mail under certain circumstances. Figures, which include a lot of intricate details, cannot always be sent through the mail. The type of delivery and the delivery cost you can individually arrange with us, according to your needs.
